3. User Accounts

4. Care Provider Responsibilities

If you are a Care Provider using our platform, you agree to:

• Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing home care services
• Not misrepresent your services, experience, or qualifications

5. Care Seeker Responsibilities

If you are a Care Seeker using our platform, you understand and agree that:

• TrustedCare is a directory service and does not employ or endorse any care providers
• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before hiring any care provider
• You should verify credentials, licenses, references, and conduct background checks as appropriate
• Any agreements or contracts with care providers are solely between you and the provider

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from our website
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Circumvent any security measures we implement
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of our platform, such as premium listings, require payment. By purchasing these services, you agree to:

• The information provided by care providers is accurate or complete
• Any care provider listed on our platform is qualified, licensed, or suitable for your needs
• The quality of any services obtained through our platform will meet your expectations

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERBASYNC INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between care seekers and care providers. Any agreements or transactions between users are solely between those parties.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verbasync Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
